Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not guarantee availability. All services are confirmed only after details are reviewed and a booking confirmation is provided.

  • Consultations & Meet and Greets

A consultation or meet-and-greet may be required for new clients before services are confirmed. This helps ensure the requested care is a good fit for the pets, household, and service type.

  • Services & Care

Services are provided as discussed prior to booking. Care may be declined or discontinued if a pet cannot be handled safely or if care needs differ significantly from what was disclosed in advance.

  • Pet Information & Consent Forms

All clients must complete and sign required consent and information forms before services are provided. Accurate and complete information helps ensure safe, responsible care.

  • Pricing

Pricing is based on the type of service, number and type of pets, location, and specific care needs. Starting prices may be listed on the website; final pricing is provided after a consultation.

  • Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or schedule changes should be communicated as soon as possible. Late cancellations or last-minute changes may be subject to a fee depending on the service and timing.

  • Emergencies & Veterinary Care

In the event of an emergency, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the owner or designated emergency contact. If necessary, veterinary care may be sought in accordance with the instructions provided in the client forms.

  • Medication Administration

Basic medication administration may be available depending on the pet and situation. This must be disclosed and discussed before booking.

  • Home Care Tasks

Basic home-related tasks associated with pet sitting, such as bringing in mail or adjusting lights, may be provided upon request. Extensive household duties are not included unless discussed in advance.

  • Insurance Disclosure

I am licensed, insured, and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates' website. 

  • Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the service and circumstances.

  • Service Area

Services are offered in Navarre, Florida, and surrounding areas. Travel limitations or additional considerations may apply based on location.

  • Communication

All questions, updates, or changes related to services should be communicated through the website contact form unless otherwise discussed.
