In the event of an emergency, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the owner or designated emergency contact. If necessary, veterinary care may be sought in accordance with the instructions provided in the client forms.

Basic home-related tasks associated with pet sitting, such as bringing in mail or adjusting lights, may be provided upon request. Extensive household duties are not included unless discussed in advance.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the service and circumstances. Once services have begun, a refund is no longer available.
