"Joy is fantastic. I hired her for a day of in home pet sitting while I went on an adventure. I have 4 animals, including two high spirited dogs who don't hesitate to take advantage of new folx, and a cat that has the feeding schedule of a hobbit. She took such great care of them and I was able to go on my adventure, without worry. I cannot recommend her enough."

"Joy was wonderful! It is clear she has a passion for all animals. I booked her for house sitting in my home for 5 days and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. My two dogs are both bully breeds and can sometimes be a little more difficult but Joy did perfect! During our meet and greet she was very friendly and respectful, and took diligent notes on each of the dogs preferences as well as any preferences I had for them and my home. She played with them and exercised them daily, and made sure they were both loved up on just the way each of them likes while I was away. Each dog has a very different personality and she catered to each of their individual personalities and preferences so they could remain stress free while I was away. She was very communicative and responded right away if I needed to get ahold of her or had any questions at all. She sent me lots of pictures at my request as well so I didn’t have to miss my sweet fur babies as much. When I arrived home my dogs were happy, well taken care of and fed. My home was clean and well taken care of as well. We will definitely be booking with her again!"

"Joy, took care of our two dogs while on vacation. She was absolutely amazing , our babies love her , she played with them , took on walks , fed and gave medication . She even took the younger pup to day care to play with his friends. When we arrived back home the house smelled wonderful . Joy had cleaned the house and left an adorable hand made gift for us . I will definitely have joy watch our babies next time we go out of town . AAA+++ service"

"Joy stayed at my house for 2 weeks with my pups during my trip to Italy. She was easy to reach, sent me daily updates and photos of my dogs, often of activities they were doing together or simply cuddle time. She took time to get to know each one of them and understood how to bond with my “problem child” pup perfectly. Not only she was amazing with the pups, but she took great care of my house as well! Joy took amazing care of our fur-babies this weekend (2 12 year old German Shepherds, 7 cats, and several fish/snails/shrimp). She sent update messages with photos daily. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived home to find everything tidy, smelling fresh and everyone happily entertained. 10/10 will use Scales N Tails again.
